Unable to load households

This is so frustrating and it only happened after the recent update. 

I have a similar issue icant load into my housboulds, but build Mode and cas are fine!

Sadly no. Did u remove all your mods or do u have any mod that arent up-to-date?I have just mccc and cc like hair. But to be honest i dont think this is the cause however i wanted to confirm the circumstances about our games😅🫠

Emelyn702​ Jana1551​  Please try loading a different household within the same save and let me know whether it works.

Additionally, when you try to load your main household, if you see an error code, please post a screenshot or write out the full error, including the code.

I for ones placed a New household in the Same save and it worked but loading into the household doesnt and i can say for my game. I dont get an error Code it just loads forever but i get the Sound when u got into it but nothingelse and it keeps loading. Additionally i checken and all my mids and cc are ok and in the latent Version so there should not be and issue with this

Emelyn702​  Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  You don't need to save your progress, but I don't want to waste your time with other troubleshooting if you do in fact have a broken mod or cc item.

If this doesn't help, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load your main household, still with no mods or cc, and if/when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception.  If you find one, open the file, delete the first line of text, and then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.
