(un)owned expansion pack trouble

my game says i own "get to work" but i never bought it. it says i own it and need all system updates to download it. my game is up to date with everything, i'm just confused. i never spent money on the pack or even any game packs besides a few of the clutter ones and strangerville. if i can somehow download get to work like its telling me i can (because i own it?) i would like to download it. i just need help on figuring out how to. im new to pc gaming and pc simming.

    Heya PlaxxDeet​ 

    Do you have Xbox Ultimate and have your Xbox account linked to your EA account? Xbox Ultimate includes an EA Play membership, and with EA Play, you'll get access to Get to Work as long as that membership is active.

    im going thru vice versa rn. It says i dont own a pack i clearly remember buying
