Update 11/ 4/24 - Sims game won't open and returns to EA app Homepage

Hi I went to play Sims 4 today, and it had me download the latest update. Since I went to open the game and it start to load, then flashes to the white screen and then returns to the EA app homepage ...

Hi there! I followed the above instructions after changing the graphic settings didn't work for me. I have attached the dxdiag file in hopes that this will help! Thank you for your time!!

NVM! I figured out what was causing the crash!! It was some bad CC!!
