HI, (sorry my english is not very good)
I had to do an update for the sims 4, but it does nothing and I can not play the game anymore.
I did the update, It seems to work, it's loading and every time it says «Update complete», but I have a t yellow triangle icon that appear saying «Update required». So I can not play the sims anymore, cause it always ask for an update that doesn't work.
What happen? Is it just me, or it's an EA app problem?
Uzumaki_Play emiilyiirene dianark Try repairing the game instead, which should give you the updated version. The option is under Sims 4 > Manage. You might need to clear the EA App's cache first:

I updated it and instead of giving me the option to launch, it just keeps saying update required and when I click on it again it very quickly does an 'update' and still won't let me launch. I tried restarting the app but I still have the same problem.
i keep updating the game and it just keeps saying update needed every time i update the game
