The latest update that you guys just pushed out has some issues. None of my worlds that I have households in show anymore in manage worlds & I can't get play any of my households. The household that does come up, the floor of the apartment has question marks all on it & the Sims are invisible. Please help.

@AggieSim Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/ restart your computer, and repair again. @kolectt What exactly happens when you try to play, and when in the process does the game stop working? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.

i updated my game and now sims 4 wont even open anyone know how to fix this? helppppppppp

Mine will open, but I can't play. I hope they fix this asap!

@kolectt I don't have social media accounts, sorry. What you could do is upload the video to the site of your choice and link it here. Or you could tell me when in the process the game stops working, and what you see.
