Hey so anytime I try and update or repair my sims 4 it keeps saying permissions error or file cannot be found, and anytime i look for any help it just says to clear cache, but that never works?? pls help lol.
mads_bby Please disable your antivirus, temporarily of course, and clear the EA App's cache (again):

So this fixed the update/repair situation but it happened to erase all of the sims like stuff, is there any fix to that or should i just restart totally?
