Everytime I exit the Sims 4 I have to do the same update again if I go to the menu and click of exit or save and exit I have to update the game again and also another bug there are a lot of lots in the gallery that are bugged and then when you place them and leave the lot your game wil not stop loading and you need to restart it it is so annoying
Annamsn Try clearing the EA App's cache and repairing (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).

As for the broken Gallery lots, it's a known issue and there's no way to tell which ones are broken before placing them. But many of these can be placed unfurnished without issues. So if you really just want the shell and don't mind redecorating, that's a decent workaround.
