WASD and arrow keys not working for navigation

Since the Update that i installed a few days ago, the WASD and Arrow keys wont work for the navigation of the camera. i have tried reparing the game, i have tried redownloading it, i have tried reset...

According to my research, the keys work in my game on multiple computers, and there are very few other posts about this on this (official EA) site in the last couple months.  But if you've decided I'm wrong, feel free to stick with your own research.
