Please note that i repaired, and even move the mods folder, etc im not sure what the problem is
sweetkaibunny Please try a fresh user folder, as that will help make sure you're really in the right folder - this looks very much like mods.
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.

I Did but it still occured
sweetkaibunny Do the combination of the new user folder and game repair as I noted earlier. Not just moving the Mods folder. And if you have the option to load or resume a save, please let me know.
