White screen and freezing on sims 4

does it happen on a specific save only or also on a new one ? Any mods/cc in your game ?

I don't use mods and I've tried playing the game with and without my game save I mean I've reinstalled windows 10

Already have done to latest nvidia driver

@LJSHEFFIELD Your DxDiag shows the Nvidia drivers as being from February. There should be newer ones.

Are you checking with Asus or Nvidia if there's newer ones ? 

Yes correct I've changed my drivers from latest to a year ago still no luck

Yes I use DDU to clear the graphics drivers, the issue isn't nvidia related I can certainly rule that out.

And yes I uninstalled the latest drivers for older ones to try 

All other games work fine no white screen or freezing only happens in the sims 4
