a14a5295212e18e3 Thanks for the update, and I'm glad the game is working again. Did you switch back to the Nvidia graphics card? I ask because some players have not and just continued to use the Intel graphics chip instead.
If you are still running Sims 4 on the Intel iGPU, I'd suggest trying the other suggestions too—you'll get much better performance if the game can use the Nvidia GPU instead. If nothing else works, then that's disappointing, but at least you'll have tried.
