White screen upon launch

Hi, 

I have been unable to get my game to launch. The game launches from the app as normal but when it cuts to go to the game screen it just goes to white with the spinning mouse icon. I have no mods installed and have uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and the EA app. I have removed all my save files, all the screenshots, and all the videos. There is no custom content or anything that could be corrupting the file (afaik). any help would be greatly appreciated.
