For some reason my sims 4 installation has been doing my sims files differently. I do not know how this has happened but i feel like it has done this ever since i moved my installation to my E:Drive. I have tried many ways to fix this problem but i cant seem to fix it, can someone how knows how to fix this to contact or respond.
I don't quite understand. Are you talking about the chosen view? From the View menu you can change from details view to list view or what you prefer. You can also change the size of icons there if that is what you mean.
I am trying to say that my files are for some reason organised differently for say 6 months ago wwhen i installed it last...
Then look at the options in the View menu like I wrote.
Look at the top of the Window where it says View. But apparently you are looking for the Mods folder which is not located with the game files but the user files. These are by default located here: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
Notice that the user files are generated the first time you start the game.
You would have gotten a speedier reply if you had stated at the beginning what you where looking for.
This folder - Electronic Arts / The Sims4 - will be generated in Documents when you turn on the game for the first time.
