I recently got Sims 4 two days ago. It was working perfectly fine until today where I can't open it. When I click or double click on the game, it gets stuck on the "launching game" screen. I have a Windows 11 and I don't know what to do! I deleted and re-installed Sims but it didn't work! Can anyone help, please?

Sorry to hear it. Did you grab The Sims 4 on Steam, Epic or EA app?
Can you please hit the Windows key and then type "Check for Updates" and run the program that pops up? Make sure your PC has all available updates installed then fully restart your system by right clicking the power icon in the start menu and selecting Restart. Then launch the EA app and try starting your game please.
