won’t let me save
when i go to save my game on sims it won’t let me save my game i’ve tried playing the game for a while, resetting my laptop and making sure the sims, EA and my laptop is fully updated. any help is appreciated

xovinesxo It looks like you're at the Main Menu, at least at the time of this screenshot. You can't save there; you need to have a save loaded.
If you can't save your progress when you're playing (and not in CAS), please let me know what happens when you try. Is the button grayed out, and if so, what does it say when you hover over it? If not, what happens when you click Save?
