Won't load to choose a world...

So, I have been struggling for the last few days with trying to choose a world. I have multiple mods and even a mod to weed out the ones that may not work. I have done everything I can. I have most packs, but a few of them, and I also use CC. Everyone was talking about how their game was crashing, and I thought I was fine since I could get on with no problems. In the past, I was unable to choose a world or start the game due to it being corrupted whenever I tried to make a sim. I decided to delete all my households and start again from scratch. I could get on the loading screen. It was running, but the lights were not on in a sense. I have had to force stop a bunch of times. I made sure my mods were updated and correct. I never had any issues before now, and it sucks because I really finally have the time to play.  Does anyone have a solution?
