World not appearing

Hi,   I have the EA app on my laptop and my daughter’s laptop so she can play the sims.  I recently purchased royals and legacy and for rent  expansions I  installed on my laptop first then my daughters. 

both expansions work perfectly on my laptop however on my daughters it shows this …:::

I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the expansion packs and repaired Multiple times and it still doesn’t work? 

Just to add i have other expansions which work fine on her laptop.
