App crashes every time I log in after recent iOS update
Can someone help me with a solution on how to fix the issues with the app crashing every time I log in after the most recent Apple iOS 26.4 software update?

My Sims Freeplay game update has caused my iPad to crash. I reported a similar problem previously that I found a work around by changing the Graphics setting from Enhanced to Classic. However, I haven’t found one for this new problem. I can log on and get to the Welcome back screen but when I click to go into the game I can barely make out something that says “The Alto Alibi” and 10 days but it is really fuzzy and then the system crashes. I’m playing on an iPad Mini 4 with iOS version 15.8.7, an iPad 8 with iOS version 26.4.1, an iPad 16 with version 26.4.1 that hasn’t updated yet. Having the exact same issue. I'm playing in iPad Air 2, and the game immediately crashed as the Alto Alibi Craft Challenge popped up
I have the same issue. I can't even raise a ticket cos it crashes and shuts down before I can get that far. So annoying.
I am experiencing the same issues and came online to search for a solution and found this thread. Sigh!
