[Bug] SimTown stuck at 8/9 Sims — cannot create new Sim

Question

Hello, I’m having an issue in The Sims FreePlay where my SimTown is stuck at 8/9 Sims.
The game says “SimTown is full” even though there’s still one available slot.

I have already:
- Moved out Sims
- Uploaded and downloaded my cloud save
- Reinstalled the game
- Tried syncing with EA account

But the issue remains.
Please help fix this or reset the Sim population limit for my account.

Đã thử xóa, tải lại, đồng bộ dữ liệu nhiều lần nhưng vẫn không tạo được Sim mới.

Just to clarify, I have 8 Sims and 1 Sim currently pregnant, so the town should have one free slot, but the game says it’s full (8/9). It seems like the pregnancy is causing the counter to get stuck.

The baby counts for the Sim Cap already. Removing one of the existing Sims should help, but you said that this didn’t help. In this case you may need help from Online Support.&nbsp;
