Cannot add new sim
I am at level 20 and to level up I have to add a new sim. I have 17 sims and I need 18 no ones pregnant and there’s no baby’s on the way. Can someone please help.

Contact support > green ... button > info > online support > top right in pop up > Square talk bubble
or delete a sim from town by asking them to move out of town, tap the sim, red slashed circle top right, and then yes
