Cars disappearing in Downtown Developer

Question

My cars won't show in my Downtown Developer lots unless I'm on the first floor in build mode at the right angle. This is happening to all my DD lots even though it shows that the Sims have cars assigned to them at the car dealer.

I reached out to EA before but they said since it's not a widespread issue, they weren't going to do anything about it. Stupid way to treat a loyal gamer (I've been playing this since 2014).

Anyway, does anyone else have this issue? I'm playing on an iPhone 17 Pro and sometimes an iPad Pro, so all iOS.

Maybe more people would convince them to investigate and patch it...

This is in my town, too, and also at the 2 story buildings.
I could see the car in build mode from the upper floors when I move the screen a bit closer to the building.
And my Sim can go for a ride by tapping the elevator.
