Construction bug preventing new buildings

Hello,

I am a Sims FreePlay player and I am experiencing a serious construction bug that has been blocking my progress for weeks.

When I try to build the Rocky Heights Bus Stop, I receive the following message:

“You can’t start building Rocky Heights Bus Stop because All-hands Monument is already under construction in SimTown.”

The problem is that the All-hands Monument no longer exists in my SimTown. I believe this bug occurred when the monument disappeared at the same time I pressed the construction button, causing the game to register it as permanently under construction.

Because of this issue, I am unable to build any new buildings, and my city progression is completely blocked. I have already contacted support, but I have not received any response yet, and the problem has been ongoing for several weeks.

I kindly ask you to reset or remove the ghost construction of the All-hands Monument from my SimTown so I can continue playing and build new structures.
