Conntact support, this is a player to player forum and we cannot help you with this issue. You might also want to specify age group when you communicate with support.
in-game: Green .... > info > online support > square talkbubble top right in the popup
I did address this problem to them, so whose the web developer behind these characters to mix the issue if it ain’t you?

This is a player to player forum, overseen by moderators from EA. As far as I know, no one from support or development frequent this forum or reply to questions, but they do collect data from here, to see how many are having the same issues
