How can I add neighbors without facebook
I use Facebook but my friend doesn’t and we’re friends in Game Center but we aren’t neighbors somehow

A few using GC can see their neighbours on the Party Boat, I would estimate it to less than 1%, it can also take a few weeks or months but likely never for them to show up.
The only, somewhat, reliable connection is Meta, FB
