I don’t have access to the karate and ballet hobbies

I have the community centre building unlocked and I have preteens, I should have have access to the karate and ballet hobbies but for some reason I dont and every time I use the hobby interactive ite...

There is no collection card for ballet and karate. Your preteens can do the hobbies, and while leveling up the first time they get nice prizes. E.g. a ballerina lamp, poster, wallpaper and some more. Karate gives similar prizes. 
If they start over they get XP and possibly simoleons.
