This issue is new to me.
Possibly it helps to do some common troubleshooting steps.
The enhanced lighting should not cause trouble after the fix that has been pushed in lately , but it may still help to switch it to classic.
And then:
-Open the app switcher and wipe out all open apps.
-Logout from online accounts and delete your browsers’ history and website data in your devices’ settings.
-Soft reset your device.
-Finally reopen SFP and try to enter the park again.
If you still can’t enter the park, you’ll probably need help from Online Support.
