Help guys I have a sim who as an infant son and then she married a pregnant sim who couldn't move in with her so I moved in my sim that has a son with the pregnant lady but when I checked I saw that my sim didn't move out and into the other house with her son and now the son is left in the previous house as the owner and when I try to relocate the baby he dosen't show up in the family slot or single sim slot and the sim and the pregnant sim are in the family slot without him help idk what to do

This happened to me as well. During the Nanny Knows Best quest you pick the baby up. When you whistle your sim holding the baby to places they will go with them. So you can have the baby physically with mom. You can delete mom and make a new mom so the option to adopt comes up. This will remove the gold ring baby bonus if the baby has that tho.
You can make do with the annoying map of baby being alone in a house and the technical owner and wait until they age up to teen so they can socially ask to move in and fix it technically at that point!

I learned to move the single sim in with the family because when you ask to move in baby doesn’t automatically move with mom. I assumed that too! I think it’s a glitch they should fix. But .. will they? Prolly not lol

I wanted mom and baby to move in with her fiancé and I assumed baby would automatically go with mom and now I have to see the baby as the sole occupant of their old house but he is physically at the house with mom and dad!
