No cloud save
I've been playing for months now with two accounts (one actually was for my daughter) but since last weekend for one of my accounts my cloud save is gone.
I tried everything, log out in the account settings, log out on FB, uninstall and reinstall the game, log in before opening the game, tried on three other devices but nothing.
I used to be able to switch between my accounts and between devices because of the cloud save but now I am stuck to my other game status because the second one does not have any data in the cloud, as the account settings say. But my last cloudsave was Sunday afternoon, after the receipt of the cowplant, so it can't be that the 7 days of storage of the cloud is gone.
I never had problems before. It's not that I overwrited my game with my other game, because then it would not say 'there's no data in the cloud', it would just offer me to download a cloud save which would be with the level for the other account.
When I am in the game it looses the log in with FB all the time (like when visiting a neighbour) but normally it's easy to log in again and go to the cloud. But now for this account I do log in on FB via the prompt in the game, it returns to the game but when I check my player ID it says I'm playing as guest, not one social network connected. Even though two seconds before the game let me connect to FB.
How can I get to my cloud save again? I don't want to loose my game, months of work gone would be very frustrating.

Did you possibly also play with Google Play logged in not long before this happened? There might be a chance to get that save. Depending on when you saved with Google Play, you may have lost some progress though :(You can also contact Support for help. You’ll find a button “Help Center” at the bottom of this site.
