Question About The Sims Freeplay...

I haven't played in over a decade, and I tried syncing with my fb account to see if I had a mysteriously saved file from there, and this popped up, but I'm confused if this is just here for simply those who've been away for a long time, or if it's something else. I don't mind starting over since the device I had before I no longer have access to (either borked or I'm locked out of), but I just wanted to know if that too interfers with my Google app account too? Is it too late or does it really matter if I login and out of my fb/google accounts? Thx.
