Reporting a bug

I’ve noticed for a couple weeks now that sometimes when Inplant crops, it takes my simolians but does not populate some crops. I’m on an iOS device. It just happened a few minutes ago here around 8 am central time. I don’t have a video but pictures. Sometimes it’s half my crops or more that don’t populate. I thought, if I went slower, that it wouldn’t happen, but it still did. 

I have to go out of that planting view also and back in before it lets me plant the crop and it populates. In one of the picture, you can see that I have the crop over the plot but it does not populate. I notice that it happens with the lettuce. I’m not sure if it happens with any other crops.
