TECHNICAL ISSUES AND BUG

Hi! I'm going to list the issues I’m currently experiencing that haven’t been solved. I already submitted a ticket for this, but nothing has helped or fixed the problems. I will bump my message so this can be resolved immediately.

Firstly, my preteen and teen Sim is unable to go to school. Although the game indicates he has been going to school, he hasn't attended for a long time. My preteen statement is that he has already gone to school today, even though he hasn't.

The same problem occurs with my adult Sims. They are also unable to go to work; the game claims they have already gone to work, but they haven't. This issue affects some of my character. This is happening to the first half of my Sims

The only rewards I can collect are the daily check-ins; I’m unable to access the daily rewards button.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a screenshot of the game crashing, which causes my screen to turn pink. However, the game remains very slow, despite having a good internet connection and device. I continue to experience glitches on my screen as well.

I have tried multiple times to change the careers of my Sims, or maybe you'll say that  there are already too many in their current job positions, but no. They aren't working elsewhere, which complicates things. The main issue is that my Sims are not allowed to go to work at all, even when their needs are fully met. It always indicates that they have already gone to work, even if they haven’t. The same issue occurs with my teen and preteen Sims; they aren’t allowed to go to school, as it always states that they've already attended, regardless of whether they actually went or if their needs are fulfilled.

I am not receiving my daily rewards. I can't even click the button for daily rewards, just the daily check-ins.

  • we are players just like you are, we do not work for EA or Firemonkeys. we can not go into your game and fix it in a legal way - like support can. we can only give advice

    hardclose and restart game. check your device date/time settings, turn off any VPN if you use that. turn off and on your device. switch to another device, preferable with a different OS. try a different wifi

    those are the only things I can think of
