The Sims FreePlay on a Huawei Pad 11

I play The Sims FreePlay on my Huawei Pad 11, but whenever I reach level 7 and try to go to level 8, the game always shows an error, as if the data didn’t download properly. How can I fix this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, but the problem is still the same. Please explain it in more detail.

    I also suggest you take your own advice and explain it in more detail for support, what the error says, how it preforms (does it shut down the device, kick you to home, close the game, freeze up?) what kind of connection do you use, have you tried a different wifi or cellular? have you tried a different device (preferable with a different OS)? have you checks so your game is up to date? that your OS is up to date? to mention a few of the details support might need to help you
