Unable to add a new Sim to my town – Please help
Hello everyone,
I am having a problem with The Sims FreePlay and I hope someone can help me.
For the past 3 days, I have been unable to add a new Sim to my town. Every time I try, the game does not let me continue, so I cannot add the Sim.
Here is what I have already tried:
- Restarted my iPhone.
- Closed and reopened the game.
- Reinstalled The Sims FreePlay.
- Logged back into my account.
- Checked my internet connection.
Unfortunately, none of these steps solved the problem.
I also contacted EA Support, but I only received general troubleshooting articles that did not fix the issue.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is this a known bug after a recent update, or is there anything else I can try?
If an EA Community Manager or moderator sees this, could you please help or let me know if this issue can be investigated?
