Update caused me to have completed missions above my current level

I was on level 20 before I stopped playing for about 3 months. When I started playing TSF again recently, I finished level 20 and went to 21. But since then, they moved the quests up. But I finished the quests 1-18 and now next is “adulthood” but it is not 21, it’s 25!
