Cannot Propose
I recently completed the marriage quest. Now, my sims can’t propose anymore. Even if they are level 10 Soulmates. What do I do?

- Haha, Sims is as random as real life sometimes...!
- Mine did, as long as the other person is not an elder, or married to somebody else...
- I just discovered you can't propose to a sim with a blue bubble above them because they belong to other players.
I'm also having this issue - my very first sim did get married, but none of the sims in the next generations have been able to propose to another sim, despite a level 10 romantic relationship, 3+ friends and owning the wedding collection. I contacted EA about this, but they weren't really helpful, just told me the usual requirements to get married and told me to check the forums.
What worked for me when the propose option wasn't showing up:
1). Close the game and restart the phone.
2). Click on the sim you want to propose to.
3). Scroll down through the options to see if the propose option is at the bottom of the list. (It sometime is but usually isn't)
4). Check all of the options, start with all options under Romantic (Flirty)
5). If it isn't there check all of the options under Rival
6). If it isn't there check all of the options under Friendly
7). If it isn't there check all of the options under romantic (again). For some reason this is when I usually find it.
