I got the same problem with the holiday theme in downtown. They are all gone.
I had just decorated the tree with ornaments and came back 2 hours later and the tree and the snow were all missing.
Did you decorate yours in downtown?

Yes, I decorated my tree yesterday.
I read fb group, some people are having this problem as well

Already decorated the Christmas tree once with 100 ornaments!!
Tap on snowflake icon at the top right > open the Activities tab > tap on the Go There button under the Winterfest Holiday Party
What do you expect to see? Giant Christmas tree instead of the globe with the painting

The issue just happens this morning.
Try restarting the game but the problem still persists.
(Also clear ram and restart the device)

Where could I find this fb group?
I couldn't find any recent post on sims mobile fb.
Did they also decorate the tree once?
That might be the problem.
Now without the tree, the sledge machine and the snow decors,
it takes longer to finish the "Holiday Party" Event.

I also can't do any interaction with other sims at all, since my downtown is really deserted because of the Izzy bug

They have fixed it yayyy! thank you so much sims gurus for the immediate fix.
But, Izzy is still there, my downtown is still deserted haha

My downtown has stored back to the start of the Winterfest holiday snowy theme.
An undecorated tree is better than a disappeared tree, I suppose.
Hope it is safe to re-decorated it.
