I purchased a pack on TSM (the Halloween house) and they took my money (iOS system). I didn’t receive the item, I asked for help and they not even care to fix the problem. That’s so sad, I used to love the game, and now it’s been a nightmare 😢

They are asking me to give them proof, I sent to them all I had and they don’t accept, so they said I need to open a ticket inside the game (which doesn’t work), a screenshot from pc or laptop (which I don’t have, so they asked me to ask a friend). The whole situation is bizarre
They’ve said about opening a ticket within the game to me too, and it’s just a link to the general website. I don’t understand why they keep telling people to do this - they know it’s not working.
This is what happens when I try to ask for help inside the game, doesn’t work. How can I get a ticket this way? They are just making excuses to not give our money back
Anytime I say that I have an issue they tell me also to open from ingame...which I did. This is getting ridiculous.

I’m having the same issue. The help function in the app just redirects to the EA Games website, and when I used the chat support, they said they couldn’t help. I’ve spent real money on this game and didn’t get what I paid for. I bought a Gothic House, but it doesn’t show up in the catalog. I also spent over 40,000 Simoleons on a fence to line my property, but it disappeared the next day. I’ve opened tickets but haven’t received any response. Has anyone else had better luck getting this resolved?
Sure they were cordial, but completely unable to help. Spent $ on these items and received no offer or direction on what I can do to get a refund. EA Games doesn’t seem to care enough to train their people to help resolve bugs and issues such as these. I hope they actually monitor these forums.
Just get a refund through apple or Google play. Tell them you have not received your item. Ea is a useless loop. Maybe they will do something if they start losing money.
