Game still frozen after Hearty Holidays update

Still frozen.  Does anyone still have the same problem? Has anyone managed to get their game unfrozen?

Hi, I have the same problem. My tablet game is still frozen since September 15th and the new Hearty Holidays update didn't help. EA has still not fixed this critical bug and we have no information that a fix is ​​in progress. I have also been playing the game since 2018, I am a loyal player who expects some communication. We deserve to be treated decently after all these years. Thank you for your understanding and I still hope that the TSM game still has a chance to step in the right direction and that EA will finally put together a new team that will be here for its players.

Absolutely tame here since Sept 15.! This is ridiculous we have to start a new thread because the original thread was marked as solved in the beginning and then ignored! Ea and the Sims Mobile knows this bug is still real! This is so frustrating!

I just want my game back - I miss all my sim friends. I don't care about compensation or even the events I'm missing.  Please EA, fix this.

When I just tried to open my game, I was able to tap it twice to reach the screen showing my sims' home. Then I got the message "Webview not working". Could this be the cause of the app crashing all the time? I'm on Android.
