In app purchases not working

Hi, In app purchases are not working on Sims Mobile. I’ve managed to raise a case, but not getting anywhere. Anyone else having issues??

    I tried doing a purchase but it keeps saying " no money was removed on your account " is it a bug? I checked if i am banned but my account is not. Even the sim festival i cannot purchase.EA_Solaire​

    Try these steps, as well restoring the purchase. To restore your purchase, you can click on the Restore Purchases button in the Settings menu.

    Let me know if you still have issues then.

    Same thing happens to me im playing on IOS it just says transaction in progress restart game but when i do it wont let me purchase anything from the gameEA_Solaire​

    What device are you playing on, and what happens when you try to make a purchase- do you see an error message?
