USA... it happens with all ads

Hero Wars crashed it just now... any of those "pull the pin" mini game ads. I think the other main one is called Garden Scapes or something...

Just happened again with a Candy Crush ad. It’s basically happening with all ads. 

Every time I have to watch the candy Crush ad it freezes my game and I have to close out my game and I lose the rewards

This one has frozen my game lately every time. It takes me straight to Apple store and when I go back to the game it is frozen. I have to force close it.

@SalixCat This just happened to me as well. Klondike ad crashed my game and no rewards recieved. From UK, iOs.

It’s happening to me too. All ads when I go for the extra resources, when I am at my home lot. Doing the Treasure hunt event at home. It’s only sometimes when I’m any where else. Today I clicked on my mail box to watch an ad and the mail box disappeared and then the game froze. I was going to post my own topic but I don’t remember how. I’m on a iPhone. Thanks I tried reporting this but it brought me here. 

I'm in the US and getting this with all ads at this point, except on the rarest of occasion. I'll click that I want to the ad, but it never goes to the ad. The Sim just stands there. You can't move, you can't do anything.

This issue should be fixed with the Holiday Celebration update:

Can you please tell us if you can now watch ads without your game app crashing?

Mine started crashing like this once I updated to the one mentioned. Once a task is finished, or I click on the mailbox to play an ad, all status bars, dropdown menus, icons, etc. disappear from the screen and are no longer able to be accessed. All I can do is watch whatever my sims are doing, but nothing happens when I click on them or their surrounding objects. The only way to fix it is force the app to close, and re-open it. It happens every single time I press a button to play an ad, before it's even able to load to show any ads

@SalixCat Sorry for the late reply. So far I haven’t experienced any crashes. Thank you for the update.

I’m in the UK, using an iPad and this ad (Homescapes) crashes my game very frequently too. Please EA team could you look into this. It’s very frustrating as I have to turn my iPad off and on again every time it happens to get it to work again.
