Urgent Issue with Sweet Treats Showdown – Request for Fix or Compensation
Hello EA Support Team,
I have been playing The Sims Mobile for about two years, and I keep experiencing the same recurring issue during the Sweet Treats Showdown event. I’ve contacted support before, but unfortunately, the problem still hasn’t been resolved, and it is becoming very frustrating—especially since I also spend money on the game.
Here’s the issue:
• I only have 2 items left to complete the event and earn the grand prize.
• However, the system keeps telling me I need to collect 20 more items, which doesn’t make sense.
• I have already spent 28 tokens without receiving the items I need.
• Now, I only have 3 more hours left to finish, and this bug is preventing me from completing the event.
This is very discouraging because I truly love the game and want to keep playing. But issues like this make it hard to enjoy the experience. Please look into this immediately and provide a solution or compensation.
