    When I selected the correct Airport challenge I got a notice at the top of the screen saying I'd picked the right one. "Get a Pig From Western Africa" - Conakry, Guinea - Guinea Pig

    Updated. At some point you get the Osaku Flu. I got it in one town while just waiting for the passengers to return. Haven't got it in the other towns yet.

    Well I'm at the end of Act 1... I think.
    Meanwhile... Go to the store and get Cleatus and the Football Field for Free and start 'Man in the Grid-Iron Mask'

    Once in a while you will find one of your tourists walking around in a green flu cloud. I'm guessing after clicking on that one - your chances of spreading the flu to one of your neighbors goes up.
