For the Court I had to take out my Wacking Day momentum area. For the grocery store thankfully I didnt have to remove much but the iceskating we got at Christmas killed my arena design. It fits but I preferred the previous setting.
My north-west area is now crammed while a couple of months ego it was my restaurant and clubbing area.
Whatever happens Ill not whip out my Mr.Burns mansion design or the Calmwood and Temple tranquil river area. No way!
I prefer to cram it all or vanish some white houses (my poor pumpkin area  ) than touch some parts of my town Im proud of.- I agree with everything you said! Adding a little more land shouldn't be that big of a problem. It's getting ridiculous that we keep getting new buildings yet the space for them is non existing to most people. I really hope they add more land before Valentines day event.
- 75% of this game for me is tearing things down and redesigning, and more land would definitely make the job easier. I'd rather have things sprawled out a bit than all shoved in on top of one another... but for now, I shall go back to shoving things all in on top of one another again now that the snow is gone.
- I ain't movin' nuthin', I ain't redisignin' nuthin'! More land or I quit...is what I'll say when I actually run out of space. This is the very reason I take my sweet a** time with the progression.
Level 38 and still haven't built Skinner house yet. - yes, what OP said.
i might be greedy but i think we need 4 more land rows and 1 sea. i need space for stuff, lots of stuff. my god! jasonbd77 wrote:
I need no more land. I have neighbours who have astoundingly wonderful designs. I hope you guys get a land update! I also hope that the "creativity" excuse will end. Players spend real money on the game. They want more space to design things. The idea of ones creativity being limited is ridiculous. MOAR LAND?
I don't understand this.

Perhaps it's part of the plan to offer more land for donuts. (Oh noes...!)
Or maybe they just didn't code the game to have lots of land - they didn't expect so much takeup.dgwglenn wrote:

I think he's saying he doesn't need more land (yet) but he supports people who say they do. :P
BTW. I thought the kid's town looked like it was being operated by you. Too many similarities in style (operational and design).
DGW -
WTF?
I am more confused than ever.
I have one main town... You are a neighbor... And the other town... You too are my neighbor... I'm crying. I have no idea what you mean.
My second town was my son's town but the little s h I t decided he was bored after I bought him a big, bunch o' donuts... Like jeesh... I was a bit upset but decided to do a take over... Now, well... It's my town.

More land sounds good but also more decorations shrub ,tress ect.
Yes, that would help all the buildings areas not look the same :) - dcacooperNew Spectator<president of the neutral planet>I have no strong opinion on this one way or the other.</president of the neutral planet>
Having not yet bought all the land that is available, I am neither motivated, nor really entitlted to a strong opinion on this one. However, I am not sure it is necessarily as simple as people seem to think. Given how the game appears to work ... with your SF being downloaded from the server to your device in full every time you play, and with your friends SF's being downloaded from the server to your device in full when you visit them, EA need to balance giving players enough land to play the game the way they want against the possibility of increasing the instability of the game with additional data on top of the additional data added every time a new character/building/decoration is added.
Given the sheer variety of devices being used (it still runs on everything from the iPad2 to the iPad Air on the Apple side, and a whole slew of different Android devices running different versions of the OS, with different network tweals applied) it is perhaps not surprising that they err on the side of caution.
I am pretty certain that EA are not restricting the amount of land available just to honk off the members of this board.
