Thanks I thought so but the previous person shouting it at me didn't help. It also don't explain why my friend can't get it, which is what I want to know at this point. I'm starting to resent all the negative unhelpful comments on here. If you can't add anything, I wish you'd keep quiet.

You weren't sure what to call it so you decided to call it a glitch? Did you call the free donuts we got from the Halloween attic trivia game a glitch too?

It's still in the game. Just have your friend keep trying. Have homer outside on his myPad task, and keep tapping him.

Also its not a glitch. In one of the games official trailers it was stated at the end of the trailer how to do it so...

Any task where homer is not walking will work, like the pool I wasn't able to do it until he was playing the hoop game in krustyland
