- Mine is working this morning. I do have one neighbor that takes me almost 5 minutes to enter their town with the donut not spinning. I hate to delete them as they have been in my game for over 2 years but it gets frustrating.

Tried that, cleared ram, cleared cash, turned the device on and off, used mobile data. Made no difference I just got the frozen donut and didn't get in.
I was able to get in this morning and had just been in the game before it started it. - barryriddl474Seasoned NewcomerBefore contacting EA, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling. Also, if you have another device, you could try that to see if it's your device.

Hope it's not me! I've had the same thing happen and had to delete neighbors. I always feel bad when that happens.- This just started happening on one of my neighbors today. Hopefully it resolves itself before long. I'd hate to have to remove him.
- 1. Exit and restart game.
2. Turn off phone/device, restart.
3. Uninstall/reinstall app. maryclaire1 wrote:

I've never had any problem visiting your town :Droshigoth1 wrote:

Sometimes this issue (the neighbour issue, that is) resolves or gets a bit better with an update. I had a lot of trouble visiting one neighbour during the second half of Glitchmas, but when the event ended and I updated I was (and have been) able to visit them again. Still getting a slight lag, but I can get in their town again :D
This isn't always the case though, but I suggest waiting for the next update to see if you can get in to visit them. Maybe also pm them to let them know so they don't think you've given up on them!
EDIT: often the inability to visit a neighbour, if you consistently have the problem with the same neighbour, is due to their Springfield having lots of items in it, and it sometimes gets to the point where your device can't handle the amount of stuff they have (I am saying this from personal experience and from other posts where people have had the same issue)- Hey neighbor! I need to chime in here! When on rounds today it tied you several times and suffered frozen donut. may be looking at an EA ticket as I doubt it is device related when I can't visit you.
Frozen donut, not continuously rotating. Gave it a long while to attemp to load as well. - Have you tried manually spinning the donut?
It doesn't work. I know, because I've tried. I've also tried spinning the donut faster when I'm in a hurry to start the game. That does't work either.
