Frozen donut, not continuously rotating. Gave it a long while to attemp to load as well.

Thanks for letting me know. I've timed 15mins with it frozen and so waiting won't help.

I am going to raise a ticket tonight as it has been the same all day. My wife has the same issue but other than that it's quite isolated it would appear.

Thinking back I actually got the frozen donut when trying to visit you last night(about 2100gmt), don't know about today yet as visiting time isn't for about another 3 hours, but will try later and let you know if it works or not.

Ok, just tried to visit you and got the frozen donut again but other neighbours are working fine, maybe it's EA ticket time.

Yip raised a tickey with EA couldn't get a live chat option so had to do it by email.

I will post more details later just wanted to say that EA fixed my problem and got me back in to my game this morning.

Yep. Able to visit you 8)

It turned out my save game had corrupted when I played on sunday so the app could never open it. EA emailed my back explaining this and that they can restore to a back up if I told them when I last played the game ok. So being a daily player I asked them to restore to saturdays game and I am back in fine.

Other than some xp and cash I only lost a small redesign of my Matt G house.

The EA adviser was really friendly and once they were in touch came back to my replies very quickly doing the restore straight away. EA were kind enough to give me some donuts for my trouble.

Overall very positive experience getting it sorted.
