Downloadable Content Still Locked in my UFC4 Deluxe Digital Edition For PS5

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me out here. I purchased UFC 4 Deluxe digital edition on PS store for my PS5.

I was promised the following:

Purchase EA SPORTS UFC® 4 Deluxe Edition today and receive:

- Tyson Fury
- Anthony Joshua
- Bruce Lee (all weightclasses)
- Brock Lesnar
- Starter Bundle (500 UFC Points, x1 Jean Shorts, x2 Tank Tops, Backyard Player Card Backgound).

All promised content is still locked.

I went through PS support transcript here:

Please try to restore the licenses in your console, here you have the steps: Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses > Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed, then try accessing your content again.

Select Game Library from your Games home. Select the purchased game > To download add-ons, search for the game in PlayStation Store, select the game hub and scroll to the Add-Ons section.

Try to deactivate your console as primary and then, activated it again, here you have the information to do so: Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play - Select Disable. Once you have done that, please activate it again following steps: Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play - Select Enable. Please be so kind and let me know if those steps work for you.

I did everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling as that never ends good for me.

Any suggestions?

I asked EA for help and wasted 1 hr of my time and it went nowhere. I tried sending a link with a screenshot of my email receipt from Sony Playstation store and she tells me she can't click the link. I mean a total waste of my time.

btw, I did restart my PS5 a few times and the game is residing on the PS5 drive and not on my external drive.
None of this helped, unfortunately.

Do you have the external hooked up to the PS5 though?

I've seen it where the game will be downloaded to the internal drive but the add ons for the game will be on the external drive. I recommend checking to see that all files for UFC 4 are deleted from your external, then detach the drive, uninstall UFC 4, and install it once more on the internal to see if you have access to the add ons.

If they do not show up, try restoring the license for the game.

Hi, I tried everything you suggested and all 4 players are still locked. Any other suggestions? I guess I'm not buying anymore deluxe versions because this is pretty ridiculous that I can't even get these downloads I paid for in the first place unlocked. Maybe this is a PS5 hiccup as this is a PS4 game but still. I can't believe I'm the only one this is happening to?

@EA_Blueberry I appreciate your help. I wasted 1 hour with someone on EA help and it went nowhere. I provided a screen capture of my email receipt that PlayStation store sent me and the lady said she can't click on the link as I explained to her I put it on gyazo.com where I can share the link proving I paid for the deluxe edition and she denied me, so I left. I don't know how else I can prove to EA that I bought the game if EA is afraid to click on a darn link showing my receipt. Can I send it to someone's email @EA to remedy this faster? Thanks

Please upload a screenshot to your case via the image upload option. Our staff should be able to provide you the content as long as you provide a proof of purchase.

@EA_Blueberry I did that last night and he said for me to play the game after wasting an hr online with him on twitter. He saw the proof of purchase and I asked nicely to get the redeem codes for at least the players and was denied, so now what?

@Steelord90 you guys have me going back and forth and all someone has to do is give me redeem codes and nobody seems capable of doing so even showing proof of purchase. I was told everything is unlockable if I play the game for several hrs but that's not the point. I paid extra money to avoid wasting the time to unlock something that should be playable the first time I play the game!
