btw, I did restart my PS5 a few times and the game is residing on the PS5 drive and not on my external drive.
None of this helped, unfortunately.

Do you have the external hooked up to the PS5 though?
I've seen it where the game will be downloaded to the internal drive but the add ons for the game will be on the external drive. I recommend checking to see that all files for UFC 4 are deleted from your external, then detach the drive, uninstall UFC 4, and install it once more on the internal to see if you have access to the add ons.

Hi, I tried everything you suggested and all 4 players are still locked. Any other suggestions? I guess I'm not buying anymore deluxe versions because this is pretty ridiculous that I can't even get these downloads I paid for in the first place unlocked. Maybe this is a PS5 hiccup as this is a PS4 game but still. I can't believe I'm the only one this is happening to? - EA_Blueberry

Live-Support - @EA_Blueberry I appreciate your help. I wasted 1 hour with someone on EA help and it went nowhere. I provided a screen capture of my email receipt that PlayStation store sent me and the lady said she can't click on the link as I explained to her I put it on gyazo.com where I can share the link proving I paid for the deluxe edition and she denied me, so I left. I don't know how else I can prove to EA that I bought the game if EA is afraid to click on a darn link showing my receipt. Can I send it to someone's email @EA to remedy this faster? Thanks

Our forum staff is not able to grant content I'm afraid. :\ - @EA_Blueberry I did that last night and he said for me to play the game after wasting an hr online with him on twitter. He saw the proof of purchase and I asked nicely to get the redeem codes for at least the players and was denied, so now what?
- @Steelord90 you guys have me going back and forth and all someone has to do is give me redeem codes and nobody seems capable of doing so even showing proof of purchase. I was told everything is unlockable if I play the game for several hrs but that's not the point. I paid extra money to avoid wasting the time to unlock something that should be playable the first time I play the game!
- @Steelord90 @EA_Blueberry Just downloaded UFC 4 Deluxe to my PS4 and all players that should be unlocked are still locked, so this isn't a PS4/PS5 issue! This is an EA software issue.
If anyone is in the same boat as I am, boy do you have my sympathy! Learn from my mistake.1 don't waste 2 hours on help from EA trying to get this sorted out. All they do is send you to someone else who sends you to someone else, etc. I did an hr on their Twitter help and hr on their live chat. Even though I finally was able to show twitter proof of purchase and requested a supervisor who had the authority to simply send me my rightful redeem codes at least for the 4 fighters that remain locked. I am still waiting for a reply 2 days later. If this ever gets resolved, I'll post it here for all to see, but for right now, don't waste your time asking for redeem codes even if you show proof that you purchased the deluxe version of UFC 4. They obviously don't care to help This is not a PS4/PS5 issue either. I downloaded on both systems on internal drives and both show the 4 players still locked. I won't buy another EA deluxe game after this nightmare, wow...smh

I just came back today from being out for several days. You said you checked the add ons section in the original part of your post. Did it actually show the content there to download/install?

- @EA_Blueberry All I see is tyson fury and Anthony Joshua , ufc 4 and ufc 4 deluxe saying purchased. Bruce lee not saying purchased and no Brock Lesnar seen.
