Above 100 saturation for throtle and brake

Would be nice if the game had possibility to make throtle and brake saturation be above 100 to limit the input the game registers. Not the most important thing but more options would be nice. I can think of few reasons to not do this too.

Reasons why:

1. For example to limit the power of too powerful cars like banned Groub B monsters

2. You could do this in DiRT Rally 2.0

Reasons why not (less important in my opinion)

1. People could actually make Grb 4WD cars drivable which could be considered cheating.

2. People could limit brake force even if tuning is not allowed in a club which again could be considered cheating. I used to limit brake force like this in DR2. However the default brake force seems to not be too high in this game and also there is no forced autoclutch in the game. In otherwords locking up wheels in this game isn't nearly as easy as it was in DR2 with default brake force. So I don't think anyone would really gain unfair advantage like this.
