Absolutely, since to drive in, say, rain condition and all deformed terrain at night i MUST now create a championship with a single event, and spend 2 minutes every time with no absolute sense.

There's no need to restrict Time Trialers from alternative conditions, since all they're doing is choosing non-optimal settings anyway. Those who do run Time Trials would really like to be able to switch from morning to dusk, or wet overcast to wet light rain, and so on.
And yes, I think there needs to be a "Snow" table added to the leaderboards. Just open up all the options to Time Trial, and record Dry, Wet, AND Snow. I'm sure they can spare the extra database tables.
Dirt Rally 1 actually supported unrestricted Time Trial options.
Dirt Rally 2.0 actually still had separate leaderboards for all non-Time-Trial runs, so you could do your Argentia in heavy rain at night and still be on those leaderboards at least.
WRC has removed both those flexibilities. There is now zero way to drive Monte Carlo on ice, for example, and have your time recorded anywhere. Exactly, already suggested in now closed thread :D...
My take on this:
Coming from KT WRC games I really miss a quick and easy way to just pick up a location (+season, degradation), stage (+time, weather), car and drive.
So called Quick Play forces you do a full event (even if with just one stage) and it is painfully slow to achieve one stage just for fun. It worked great in WRCG and shouldn't be much hassle to add here, so please consider it.
Timetrials are limited to dry/wet sunny a no seasons so that is hardly an alternative.This is sooo important to let people explore the tons of combinations this game offers (but hides behind unnecessary clunky menu) and for quick photo shoots.
Also please add option for photomode during driving as most other racing games have without the necessity to finish the stage first.- @TH_Sharpshooter Yep, I was disappointed to find out it's not possible!
I would also like a really quick way to get into a car on a given stage under X conditions, without having to set up an entire multi-event championship for it.
If you don't want to add this to time trial, just add a "single stage" option to Quick Play. You can call it "quick run" or something like that.
The core of the issue is that it takes too many clicks until you're actually driving.
